MEMBER UPDATE FORMS MUST BE SAVED TO YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE YOU SEND IT AS AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT - OTHERWISE IT WILL SEND AS A BLANK DOCUMENT!

Remember to affix an updated 4x6 family photo(s) in the space provided. It can be a group shot or individual shots that take up the same amount of space. Members who do not submit a new Member Update form with current photo prior to Opening Day will be refused entry into club.
If you decide not to return to RSSC next summer, please notify Membership at email@example.com so that we may offer your spot to a waiting family and close your account. If you joined prior to 2000, you will receive a refund of your bond once we transfer your membership to another member. To avoid having a $25.00 fee deducted, please notify us by March 1, 2018.
