RSSC is hiring qualified part-time employees to work as lifeguards for the summer of 2026, those hired for lifeguarding positions will also occasionally work as office and concession assistants. Please only apply if you are interested in part-time employment as a lifeguard that will assist in the other areas. In order to be considered for an interview, applicants must hold current Red Cross Lifeguarding and CPR certificates or be enrolled in an upcoming class. Employees must be certified for the entire 2026 season. At this time, we are looking for only certified applicants. The pay range for this position is $15.00-$18.00. Benefits include non-paid days off and guest privileges.
