Party Policy

If any member brings eight (8) or more guests to the Club at one time, this is to be considered a party. Groups larger than seven (7) will not be admitted into the facility without prior approval. Any parties that are not pre-registered will not be admitted to the Club.

Parties must be scheduled with the management at least two weeks prior to the party date.

  • Party reservations will be accepted starting at noon on Opening Day, Saturday May 25, 2024.

  • The first day that RSSC can accommodate a party being held is Saturday, June 8, 2024.

  • The last day that a party reservation can be accepted is August 4, 2024.

  • The last day that RSSC can accommodate a party being held is Saturday, August 18, 2024.

  • A non-refundable fifty dollar ($50.00) party booking fee is due at the time the reservation is made.

  • Regular guest fees apply to each party guest that enters the facility.

  • Only one complimentary pass may be used per party.

  • Cash or check is accepted for payment.

  • Any checks returned (for any reason) will be charged a $50.00 return check fee.

Management reserves the right to restrict party reservations.

Parties of fifty (50) or more must be approved by the Board of Directors at least two weeks in advance.

Rock Spring Swim Club is a family-oriented facility dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing environment for its members and guests.  We are committed to maintaining a sense of community by setting a predetermined number of memberships, creating a variety of fun social events for members of all ages, and fostering a family-friendly atmosphere. Our fully certified staff understands the importance of patron safety and is dedicated to continuously developing and refining our professional skills to prevent and respond to emergencies while providing a pleasurable experience for our members.
