CHILD CARE POLICy

  • Members can add approved childcare providers who are at least 16 years of age (babysitters, nannies, grandparents) to their membership at no additional charge.

  • Please remember that a childcare provider can watch your child(ren) in lieu of a parent without charge. If a parent is also on the grounds, guest fees will apply for the childcare provider.

  • Only one provider can enter the Club with your child(ren). Additional adults/providers MUST pay applicable guest fees.

  • Childcare providers are not able to come to the Club at any time without a Club family member unless they have a personal membership to RSSC.

  • Childcare providers may only come to the Club with children from a family in which they are registered to provide service.

  • The request for a provider to be added to your account must take place annually. Providers that were added to your account last season are no longer on your account.

To add a childcare provider to your membership:

  • Email the provider’s name and birthdate to Tina Folmer at rsscmembership@gmail.com AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO NEEDING TO HAVE THE PROVIDER COME TO THE CLUB FOR THE FIRST TIME TO WATCH YOUR CHILD(REN).

  • Providers that are not requested at least 3 days prior to their need to be at the Club with your child(ren) will need to pay guest fees until the request is made and you have had confirmation of their addition.

Rock Spring Swim Club is a family-oriented facility dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing environment for its members and guests.  We are committed to maintaining a sense of community by setting a predetermined number of memberships, creating a variety of fun social events for members of all ages, and fostering a family-friendly atmosphere. Our fully certified staff understands the importance of patron safety and is dedicated to continuously developing and refining our professional skills to prevent and respond to emergencies while providing a pleasurable experience for our members.
